Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Plan and manage content, campaigns, posts, reels, videos, and promotional activities.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and other online campaigns.
Monitor website performance, traffic, leads, and conversion rates.
Generate and analyze digital marketing reports and campaign performance.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for marketing materials.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
Manage online reputation and customer engagement.
Track competitors and market activities.
Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, and ROI.
Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Knowledge of Canva, content management tools, and basic creative tools will be an advantage.
