About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager (1–3 years experience) to join our team at Radoss Enterprise Private Limited. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our digital presence, drive search engine optimization (SEO), handle website development/management, and run performance marketing campaigns to grow our online brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management: Design, update, maintain, and optimize website layout, speed, and user experience.
SEO Management: Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO optimization, technical SEO audits, and improve organic search rankings.
Paid Ads & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and track performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Content & Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging posts, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), traffic, conversions, and ROI, and optimize marketing budgets accordingly.

Job Requirements & Skills:

Education: Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CS, IT, or related field).
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Website Development.
Technical Skills:
- Practical knowledge of Website Development (WordPress / Shopify / CMS / HTML basics).
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, creativity, and strong written & verbal communication.
