Digital marketing manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis to ensure KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) are met.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with the creative and content team for ad copies, graphics, and videos.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate spends effectively.

Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.
