We are seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of experience to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should come from an agency background, with a proven track record of handling high-performing digital campaigns. This role requires expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and PPC, along with strong team leadership capabilities.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Design and execute integrated campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and SEO channels. Plan monthly/quarterly performance goals, budgets, and campaign calendars.
Paid Media Management: Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end — setup, optimization, A/B testing, retargeting, and reporting. Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions for scaling campaigns. Monitor campaign KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, and continuously optimize.
SEO & Website Traffic Growth: Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and drive organic traffic. Coordinate with content and development teams for keyword-rich content and site health.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage a team of digital specialists (SEO, PPC, content, creatives). Assign tasks, conduct performance reviews, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Foster cross-functional collaboration with design, tech, and client servicing teams.
Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, etc., for performance tracking. Generate weekly/monthly reports and share insights with internal stakeholders and clients. Provide actionable recommendations based on analytics and campaign outcomes.
5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Strong agency background preferred
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and PPC campaign execution
Experience in managing and mentoring a performance marketing team
Solid understanding of digital tools and reporting platforms
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
