Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in driving high-quality, conversion-focused leads for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance marketing channels, with a strong ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate polished, ready-to-convert leads.

• Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Manage budgets to ensure low CPL and high ROI.

• Create, test, and improve ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum performance.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth conversion.

• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Proven track record in paid campaign management and lead generation.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.

• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under tight deadlines.
