Digital marketing manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to handle and optimize digital marketing activities for our Water Treatment Plant and CBG (Compressed Biogas) Plant projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SEO, paid advertising campaigns, and lead generation strategies to drive high-quality B2B inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 SEO & Website Optimization

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies

• Perform keyword research for Water Treatment and CBG industry segments

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO

• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using analytics tools

🔹 Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for awareness and lead generation

• Monitor budgets, CPC, CPA, and ROI

• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages

🔹 Lead Generation & Funnel Management

• Create and optimize landing pages for industrial project inquiries

• Manage B2B lead generation campaigns

• Track and analyze lead quality and conversion rates

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up

🔹 Content & Strategy

• Develop content strategy aligned with industrial and sustainability sectors

• Coordinate blogs, case studies, brochures, and technical content

• Improve brand positioning in water treatment and renewable energy markets

🔹 Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs (Leads, Cost per Lead, ROI, CTR, Conversion Rate)

• Prepare monthly performance reports

• Recommend improvements based on data insights

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Experience in B2B / Industrial marketing preferred

• Understanding of technical/industrial products (Water Plants, CBG, Renewable Energy is a plus)

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Good communication and content coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Google Ads & Meta Certification preferred

• Experience handling industrial / infrastructure / EPC sector campaigns is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
