ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional with 7+ years of experience in paid advertising, social media marketing and lead generation. The candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads and achieve business targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on international lead generation.
Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns through PPC ( Pay per click) through Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms.
Plan,execute and optimize targeted social media campaigns.
Develop effective audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and implement optimisation strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and lead-to-conversion rates.
Track and report campaign performance, expenditure, lead volume and conversions to management.
Identify new opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve overall acquisition.
Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates and UK market behaviour.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC Paid advertising , Social Media Advertising, Lead Generation, Campaign Planning & Optimization, CPL ( Cost per lead) , CTR ( Click through rate), Performance Analytics, CRO ( Conversion Rate Optimization).
