Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through strategic online marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & lead campaigns
Drive lead generation, conversion optimization & ROI improvement
Oversee social media marketing, content planning & brand communication
Manage SEO, website performance & traffic growth
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups & closures
Lead and mentor digital marketing executives / agencies

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics tools
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing & conversion funnels
Data-driven decision-making ability

Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate (Marketing preferred)
