Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online promotion of our edutainment experiences. This role merges strategic oversight with hands-on execution in SEO, social media marketing, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will manage our digital presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement and leads for our events.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Management
Conduct keyword research, optimize website and blog content for SEO.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Create and manage backlinks, local listings, and directory profiles.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content.
2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create, post, and schedule engaging content — including reels, carousels, stories, and live event coverage.
Run and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Monitor trends and respond to messages, DMs, and comments to build community engagement.
Work closely with the events team to promote ongoing and upcoming workshops and parties.
3. Graphic Design & Visual Content
Design visually compelling marketing collaterals, including event posters, digital brochures, invites, email banners, social media creatives, and signage.
Create visual stories that reflect the brand’s child-centric, high-quality aesthetic.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong skills in SEO and SMM.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro.
Experience in creating performance-driven paid media campaigns.
Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress), Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling skills for child- and parent-oriented content.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Video editing (Reels, event recaps).
Experience in edutainment, events, or children's brands
