We are looking for a DIGITAL MARKERING MANAGER to join our team MM SPARES GLOBAL PVT LTD to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000-35000 and a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.
Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.
Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.
Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.
Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.
Plan and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click), social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Create and optimize website content, brochures, landing pages, and social media posts for SEO best practices.
Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track KPIs, analyze ROI, and prepare performance reports.
Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and manage social media community engagement.
Identify trends, insights, and bottlenecks in user experience to optimize spend and conversion rates.
Implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is GRADUATION /CERTIFICATIONS and Experience Range OF 4-6 YEARS. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
