Job Summary

Mithila Travels is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to manage the company’s online presence, improve search engine rankings, generate travel-related leads, and increase website traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

• Perform keyword research related to travel, tour packages, hotels, flights, and destinations.

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

• Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and content.

• Improve Google rankings and organic website traffic.

• Conduct competitor and SEO performance analysis.

• Build quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.

• Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues.

• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and keyword performance.

Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Plan and publish engaging travel-related content.

• Run and monitor digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta.

• Generate leads for travel packages and services.

• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

• Coordinate with the content/design team for creatives, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.

• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Content & Analytics

• Plan SEO-friendly blogs and travel content.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and SEO tools.

• Prepare regular reports on traffic, rankings, leads, and campaign performance.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and SEO preferred.

• Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Good content writing and communication skills.

• Understanding of social media marketing.

• Analytical and data-driven approach.

• Knowledge of WordPress/CMS is an advantage.

• Travel, tourism, or hospitality industry experience is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
