Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and drive engagement.
Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Create engaging content (blogs, creatives, reels, videos) to attract and convert target audiences.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Monitor competition and provide creative ideas to increase online presence.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in Digital Marketing (1–5 years depending on role seniority).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM systems.
Hands-on experience with content creation and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and creative skills.
Experience with e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Video editing basics for social media campaigns.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory).
