Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for international patient lead generation.
Manage Search Ads, Display Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
Generate qualified leads from Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and other target markets.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Optimize campaign budgets, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Experience in lead generation campaigns; healthcare or medical tourism experience will be preferred.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Ability to manage advertising budgets and achieve lead-generation targets.
