Digital marketing manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing activities, lead the team, and drive brand growth through social media, paid advertising, and effective digital marketing strategies

Key Responsibilitie

• Manage multiple brands and lead the digital marketing team

• Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and marketing campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth

• Oversee content planning, approvals, publishing, and brand consistency

• Manage influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and online reputation

• Coordinate with external agencies for SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse reports, and implement data-driven improvements

• Manage basic website updates using WordPress

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities

Required Software Skills & Tools Knowledg

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, and paid advertising using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite

• Experience in team management, task allocation, campaign planning, and social media scheduling

• Understanding of SEO, Google Search Console, influencer marketing, and online reputation management

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking and reporting

• Manage website content updates and basic website maintenance using WordPress

• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini for content creation, research, and marketing optimisation

• Working knowledge of Canva for graphic design, with the ability to create social media creatives as required

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and coordination skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
