We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing activities, lead the team, and drive brand growth through social media, paid advertising, and effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple brands and lead the digital marketing team.

• Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and marketing campaigns.

• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.

• Oversee content planning, approvals, publishing, and brand consistency.

• Manage influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and online reputation.

• Coordinate with external agencies for SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse reports, and implement data-driven improvements.

• Manage basic website updates using WordPress.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• Hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, and paid advertising using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

• Experience in team management, task allocation, campaign planning, and social media scheduling.

• Understanding of SEO, Google Search Console, influencer marketing, and online reputation management.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking and reporting.

• Manage website content updates and basic website maintenance using WordPress.

• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini for content creation, research, and marketing optimisation.

• Working knowledge of Canva for graphic design, with the ability to create social media creatives as required.

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
