Position Title: Digital & Media Marketing Manager

Reports To: Head of Marketing / Director – Sales & Marketing
Location: Sector 140, Noida.
The Digital & Media Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing and media communication strategy. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving website and social media traffic, generating qualified leads, and strengthening the company’s online presence through innovative campaigns across all digital and traditional media platforms.
· Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, website, display ads, influencer marketing, etc.).
· Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
· Oversee the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
· Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and press releases in collaboration with creative teams.
· Plan media campaigns across print, television, radio, and digital platforms to maximize brand visibility.
· Monitor, analyze, and report performance of campaigns (ROI, KPIs, CTR, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.
· Coordinate with PR agencies, media houses, and third-party vendors for advertising and promotional activities.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
· Manage the marketing budget and allocate spending effectively across channels.
· Drive brand collaborations, sponsorships, and influencer tie-ups for greater market reach.
· Ensure all campaigns comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
· Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
· Excellent knowledge of media planning, branding, and campaign execution.
· Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and create actionable strategies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
· 5–10 years of proven experience in digital & media marketing, preferably in [real estate / FMCG / retail / corporate / IT sector].
· Demonstrated experience in running successful media campaigns across digital and offline channels.
· Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
· Salary: As per company norms (depending on experience & expertise).
