Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in online advertising, social media marketing, SEO, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

• Manage social media platforms and improve brand visibility and engagement.

• Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimization.

• Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular performance reports.

• Manage marketing budgets and optimize return on investment (ROI).

• Coordinate with the sales, content, and graphic design teams to execute marketing campaigns.

• Research market trends, competitors, and new digital marketing opportunities.

• Lead and coordinate the digital marketing team to achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or team-leading role.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.

• Experience in lead generation, campaign management, and performance marketing.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Experience

Relevant digital marketing experience is preferred. Candidates with strong campaign management and team leadership skills will be given preference.
