Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Performance Marketing, specifically in Advanced Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate should have deep hands-on experience in campaign strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, lead quality optimization, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, PPC) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while improving lead quality and conversions.
- Implement advanced targeting using Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
- Manage Meta Pixel, event tracking, and conversion tracking for accurate campaign performance.
- Optimize bidding strategies, keyword targeting, negative keywords, and bid adjustments in Google Ads.
- Run retargeting campaigns and continuously test creatives and audiences to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions, and provide data-driven optimization.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably in real estate or high-ticket industries.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
