We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth journey, manage high-impact campaigns, and guide a team of talented marketers and content creators.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for brand growth and lead generation

• Manage and lead a team of marketers, designers, writers, and ad specialists

• Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and email marketing

• Track campaign performance and report KPIs to management

• Coordinate with sales/product teams to align marketing with business goals

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

• Optimize campaigns using analytics and performance data

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably IT or service-based industry)

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics

• Experience with WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Instagram

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
