About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead
our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SEO
(Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, along with
hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across
platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
Key Responsibilities:
● SEO Management:
○ Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices (on-page &
off-page).
○ Improve website ranking and drive organic traffic through white-hat
techniques.
○ Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes.
○ Monitor analytics and optimize content for better search visibility.
● PPC & Paid Advertising:
○ Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and
other ad platforms.
○ Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI.
○ Optimize ad copies, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
● Campaign Strategy & Execution:
○ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business
goals.
○ Manage digital budgets and allocate spending across campaigns
effectively.
● Analytics & Reporting:
○ Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for
performance tracking.
○ Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
● Team & Collaboration:
○ Coordinate with content, design, and tech teams to support campaigns.
○ Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC.
● Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Meta
Ads Manager, etc.
● Excellent analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset.
● Strong communication and leadership abilities.
