Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager with EdTech experience to drive student acquisition, brand visibility, and lead generation through data-driven digital marketing strategies. The role focuses on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and growth campaigns for online programs and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for courses, webinars, and counseling programs
Manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and YouTube to drive quality student leads
Optimize SEO & content marketing for education-related keywords
Work on lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Collaborate with counseling, sales, and content teams to improve enrollments
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards
Manage email, WhatsApp, and remarketing campaigns
Monitor CPL, CAC, ROI, and enrollment conversion rates
Stay updated with EdTech marketing trends and student behavior

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in EdTech
Strong hands-on experience in lead generation & performance marketing
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email automation
Experience with CRM tools, landing page tools, and analytics
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Experience marketing online courses, coaching, or career programs
Understanding of student journeys and counseling funnels
Exposure to webinar funnels and admissions marketing
Basic knowledge of UI/UX & CRO
