Digital marketing manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital channels, team leadership experience, and a proven track record of building and executing successful digital strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, performance marketing, etc.).

2. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Content, etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

4. Plan and oversee digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

5. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels.

6. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.

7. Oversee agency/vendor relationships, ensuring quality and performance.

8. Lead website and landing page optimization efforts to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

3. Deep understanding of all major digital channels and marketing automation platforms.

4. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

5. Proven experience in driving measurable business growth through digital campaigns.

6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
