Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management

  • Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.

  • Monitor website analytics and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms and implement best practices.

• Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Create, schedule, and oversee high-quality content tailored to each platform.

  • Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Engage with the audience and manage community interactions.

• Digital Campaigns & Branding

  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to promote the magazine, special issues, and events.

  • Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to align marketing content with brand identity.

  • Track ROI of campaigns and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with expertise in both SEO and social media.

• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and social media analytics tools.

• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the publishing or media industry.

• Knowledge of Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.

• Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
