Digital Marketing Head is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta ads to drive quality leads and ROI. The role includes managing campaigns, supervising creatives and content, coordinating with teams, monitoring daily performance, and improving conversions while controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, develop, and execute overall digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives.
Run, manage, and scale digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid media channels.
Plan and supervise lead generation campaigns, ensuring focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Design, review, and approve marketing creatives including posters, banners, reels, videos, and ad copies.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers for creatives, landing pages, and consistent brand communication.
Create, implement, and manage content strategy for social media platforms, websites, paid ads, and promotional campaigns.
Optimize Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads to improve performance, reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead), and increase conversions.
Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI), and take corrective actions as required.
Track budgets, allocate spends efficiently, and ensure optimal utilization of marketing budgets.
Prepare performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and present insights to management.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to achieve targets and maintain performance standards.
