Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
• Manage & scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
• Drive order growth, ROAS improvement & conversion scaling
• Audience targeting, retargeting & funnel optimization
• Daily campaign monitoring, budget control & performance reporting
• A/B testing creatives, copies & landing pages
• Coordinate with creative & catalog teams for better ad performance
Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience in performance marketing (D2C / e-commerce preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to scale campaigns profitably
• Understanding of tracking, pixels, conversions & analytics
• Data-driven mindset with strong optimization skills
• Freshers with strong hands-on skills can also apply
