Growmetric Consultants is looking for an experienced and highly dependable Business & Program Manager to manage the Director’s projects across full-stack digital marketing, social media growth and other business ventures.
The candidate will manage a team of 4–5 members and oversee 5–6 client accounts. Responsibilities include project planning, client communication, team management, campaign execution, performance tracking and ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media growth, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, influencer marketing, Generative AI and marketing analytics. They must possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for a go-getter who takes complete ownership, works independently and can manage business operations in the Director’s absence. The role requires high integrity, accountability, adaptability and willingness to travel when required
