Job Description: Marketing Head – Real Estate Industry

Position Overview

The Marketing Head is responsible for leading all marketing functions, brand strategy, digital campaigns, and lead-generation activities to drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role involves developing strategic marketing plans, managing budgets, coordinating with sales & channel partners, and ensuring strong brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all real estate projects (pre-launch, launch, post-launch).

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand mapping to identify opportunities.

Plan marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.

2. Branding & Communication

Build and maintain a strong brand identity across offline and online platforms.

Oversee creation of brochures, hoardings, project videos, 3D walkthroughs, and other marketing collateral.

Manage PR activities, press releases, and corporate communications.

3. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

Drive digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email, WhatsApp automation).

Analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) & CPB (Cost Per Booking).

Manage website content, landing pages, and CRM integrations.

4. Sales Coordination

Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality leads flow.

Support channel partners with marketing materials and event coordination.

Track lead performance, conversions, and customer feedback.

5. Project Launch & Event Management

Plan and execute launch events, channel partner meets, client events, and site activation activities.

Coordinate with agencies for creative, media planning, ATL/BTL activities.

6. Vendor & Agency Management

Manage creative agencies, digital agencies, printing vendors, outdoor media vendors, etc.

Negotiate costs and maintain quality of deliverables.

7. Reporting & Analytics

Create weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, campaign ROI, brand reach, and market performance.

Use analytics tools to guide decisions (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, Ads Manager)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends.

Expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and CRM tools.

Knowledge of graphic design basics, media buying, and content strategy.

Soft Skills

Leadership & team management.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience

7–15 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3–5 years in real estate.

Experience handling multiple residential/commercial projects.
