Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all real estate projects (pre-launch, launch, post-launch).
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand mapping to identify opportunities.
Plan marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
2. Branding & Communication
Build and maintain a strong brand identity across offline and online platforms.
Oversee creation of brochures, hoardings, project videos, 3D walkthroughs, and other marketing collateral.
Manage PR activities, press releases, and corporate communications.
3. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Drive digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email, WhatsApp automation).
Analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) & CPB (Cost Per Booking).
Manage website content, landing pages, and CRM integrations.
4. Sales Coordination
Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality leads flow.
Support channel partners with marketing materials and event coordination.
Track lead performance, conversions, and customer feedback.
5. Project Launch & Event Management
Plan and execute launch events, channel partner meets, client events, and site activation activities.
