Job Title:
Digital Marketing Manager (SMO, SEO, Paid Ads, CRM & Website Management)
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SMO, SEO, Paid Marketing, and Social Media Platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
In addition to digital marketing, the candidate will also be responsible for managing CRM systems and overseeing website performance, ensuring smooth lead flow, data accuracy, and website optimization aligned with marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Manage SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Oversee Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Act as YouTube & Instagram Content Manager:Plan content strategy, video optimization, titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
Monitor channel growth, engagement, and analytics
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Manage social media calendars, content planning, and promotional strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives for better ROI.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams for effective campaigns.
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Additional Responsibilities (CRM & Website Management)Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (Leads, Contacts, Pipelines, Automations).
Ensure proper lead capture, tracking, assignment, and follow-ups from all digital marketing channels.
Coordinate with sales teams to align CRM workflows, lead quality, and conversion processes.
Set up and optimize CRM automations, email workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and reports.
Monitor website performance including speed, user experience, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates, landing page creation, tracking codes, and integrations.
Ensure proper integration of CRM, website forms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms.
Identify and fix funnel leaks between ads → landing pages → CRM → sales.
Required Skills & Expertise- Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, and Paid Marketing
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Facebook & Instagram Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Expertise in YouTube & Instagram channel management and video marketing
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Good understanding of website management, landing page optimization, and tracking setup
Excellent communication and project management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing
Proven track record of managing high-budget paid campaigns
Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a plus
Experience handling CRM systems and website coordination will be a strong advantage
