Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across India and Dubai markets. The candidate will be responsible for overall digital strategy, social media management, website handling, paid advertising, content creation, and performance marketing to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management (India & Dubai):

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms for India and Dubai (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and videos

• Monitor performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

2. Website Management:

• Handle India website and Dubai website content, updates, and optimization

• Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements

• Ensure SEO-friendly content and timely updates

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Manage Google Ads campaigns

• Strong knowledge of PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising

• Track ad performance, ROI, leads, and conversions

• Regular reporting and campaign optimization

4. Content Creation & Engagement:

• Create engaging and creative content to increase user engagement and reach

• Develop content calendars aligned with business goals

• Write captions, creatives, and campaign copies

• Improve organic engagement through innovative ideas

5. Video Shooting & Editing:

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns

• Edit reels, promotional videos, and short-form content

• Ensure high-quality visual content as per brand guidelines

6. Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaigns, leads, and engagement

• Suggest improvements based on data and trends
