We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital strategy, strengthen our online presence, and drive business growth through targeted digital campaigns.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key leadership role in increasing brand awareness, driving qualified traffic, and generating leads through various digital platforms.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation platforms.
Manage the company’s website content, SEO performance, and UI/UX improvements.
Lead and mentor a small digital marketing team to meet performance goals.
Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Develop engaging content strategies including blogs, email newsletters, video scripts, etc.
Manage online reputation and coordinate PR or influencer activities as needed.
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, lead quality, and ROAS.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proficient in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategy.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and improve campaign ROI.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Experience in B2B or IT services marketing.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Graphic design or video editing exposure is an advantage.
