Dunes Academy is a fast-growing CBSE-affiliated residential school based in Phalodi, Rajasthan. We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Media Manager to lead our digital presence from our Jodhpur Head Office. The person in this role will plan, execute, and monitor all digital marketing, social media, content, and online advertising activities for Dunes Academy. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both creative thinking and analytical skills to grow our brand, attract admissions, and support teacher recruitment online.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for school brand promotion.
Design and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for admissions and hiring.
Manage the school website (dunesacademy.com) – update content, maintain SEO, and coordinate with the WordPress developer.
Create engaging content including posts, reels, banners, brochures, and promotional videos using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar.
Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using automation tools like Picky Assist for admission and recruitment drives.
Track all digital marketing performance – generate weekly and monthly reports on reach, leads, conversions, and ad spend ROI.
Handle email marketing campaigns using tools like Brevo to communicate with parents, prospective students, and job applicants.
Coordinate with the content writer and video editor to plan and publish a monthly content calendar across all platforms.
Manage the Meta Business Manager and Meta Pixel setup to track ad performance and website visitor behaviour.
Support the admissions team with digital lead generation – capture leads, track in CRM, and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle online reputation management – respond to Google reviews, manage school profiles on education portals.
Stay updated on latest digital media trends, algorithm changes, and recommend new platforms or strategies to management.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or any relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, or similar design tools
Strong written and spoken English and Hindi communication skills
Knowledge of basic SEO and Google Analytics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Master's degree or PG Diploma in Digital Marketing or MBA (Marketing)
Experience in school, education institution, or EdTech marketing
Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic HTML/CSS
Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools (Picky Assist, Interakt, etc.)
Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Search Console
Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
Experience with CRM or automation tools (Pabbly, Zoho, HubSpot)
