Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to oversee Ad Operations, Meta Ads, and Ads Trafficking activities for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, ad trafficking, performance optimization, conversion tracking, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth campaign execution, maximizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Operations

  • Manage end-to-end ad operations for multiple client campaigns.

  • Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.

  • Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters.

  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, budgets, and performance metrics.

  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and reporting issues.

Meta Ads Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

  • Manage Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, Engagement, App Install, and E-commerce campaigns.

  • Conduct audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.

  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

  • Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

Ads Trafficking

  • Handle campaign trafficking across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.

  • Upload and manage ad creatives, tracking links, and campaign assets.

  • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.

  • Monitor ad approvals, creative compliance, and platform policies.

  • Maintain campaign documentation and trafficking records.

Campaign Management

  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.

  • Manage campaign calendars and delivery timelines.

  • Coordinate with creative, content, design, and web development teams for campaign assets.

  • Ensure seamless execution of all digital marketing campaigns.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Executives and Ad Operations Specialists.

  • Review campaign setups and performance reports.

  • Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Conduct regular training and quality checks.

Client Management

  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Conduct regular review meetings and performance discussions.

  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports.

  • Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.

  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Performance Marketing.

  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.

  • Hands-on experience in Ads Trafficking and campaign deployment.

  • Knowledge of Pixel Setup, Conversion API (CAPI), GTM, and GA4.

  • Experience managing advertising budgets and performance metrics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.

  • Experience managing or leading a team is preferred.
