About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing & CRM Lead Generation Manager who can manage the company’s complete digital marketing, lead generation, CRM, social media, and paid advertising activities.
The candidate should not be limited to only posting on social media. The person must be capable of generating quality business leads, managing CRM, assigning leads to the sales team, tracking follow-ups, and supporting business growth through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for business enquiries.
Handle company social media pages, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create attractive creatives with strong hooks and clear call-to-action.
Write basic ad copy, captions, and promotional content.
Edit basic videos, reels, shorts, and YouTube content.
Manage Sales CRM and ensure all leads are properly captured, assigned, and tracked.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead follow-up.
Set up or manage AI chatbot/WhatsApp/website enquiry flows.
Track campaign performance and submit regular reports.
Improve lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion support.
Required Skills
Meta Ads and Google Ads
Sales CRM management, preferably Zoho CRM / HubSpot / similar
Social media management
LinkedIn posting and lead generation
YouTube marketing basics
Canva / Photoshop / AI creative tools
Basic video editing tools like CapCut, Filmora, Canva Video, etc.
WhatsApp automation / chatbot knowledge preferred
Strong understanding of lead generation and follow-up systems
