Digital marketing manager

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

   • Call potential leads from databases, campaigns, or inbound inquiries to pitch digital marketing services.

2. Service Promotion

   • Clearly explain and promote services such as Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Website Development, Paid Campaigns, and Branding.

3. Lead Qualification

   • Identify client needs, budget, and readiness for digital marketing services; qualify hot, warm, and cold leads accordingly.

4. Follow-up Management

   • Maintain a strong follow-up process through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture leads and close deals.

5. CRM & Record Keeping

   • Update and maintain accurate call logs, client data, and follow-up activities in CRM or Excel.

6. Sales Target Achievement

   • Meet weekly/monthly lead calling targets and work toward conversion goals set by the management.

7. Client Coordination

   • Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales or strategy team.

8. Market Research

   • Understand client industries (real estate, fashion, education, etc.) to make the pitch more relatable and customized.

9. Handling Objections

   • Tackle objections with professionalism and provide suitable responses to turn doubts into interest.

10. Team Reporting

• Provide daily/weekly performance reports on call outcomes and lead status to the reporting manager.
