Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage digital marketing for multiple client accounts, from planning and content creation to execution, reporting and optimisation.

This is a hands-on role. The candidate will be responsible for creating the digital plan, developing content and reels, publishing content and ensuring consistent execution across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly digital marketing and social media strategies for multiple clients.

• Create content calendars, social media posts, captions, stories and reels.

• Ideate, shoot/edit or coordinate short-form video and Reels content using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.

• Create engaging content based on trends, brand objectives and target audiences.

• Independently execute the approved digital plan and maintain posting schedules.

• Coordinate directly with clients for briefs, approvals and feedback.

• Manage basic Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Handle basic SEO, keyword research and website content updates.

• Monitor social media and campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.

• Analyse results and improve the digital plan based on performance.

• Stay updated with social media trends, Reels formats and digital marketing tools.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

• Strong content writing and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.

• Strong planning, execution and time-management skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.

• Good client coordination skills.
