Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in performance marketing, paid campaigns, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving •lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI-focused marketing strategies• across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies• to drive qualified leads and business growth.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads• to maximize ROI.
Implement and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)• to improve organic visibility and website rankings.
Drive data-driven decision-making• by analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis• to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys• to improve lead conversion rates.
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams• to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively• to ensure maximum return on investment.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports• with actionable insights.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing•
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads•
Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimization•
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies•
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills•
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines•
Strong communication and team management skills•
Qualifications
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing / Business / Commerce or related field•
MBA in Marketing (preferred, not mandatory•)
Minimum 5–6 years of experience• in Digital / Performance Marketing
Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications (preferred•)
