Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute both online and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Marketing:
· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.)
· Manage the company’s online presence.
· Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
· Content creation.
· Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Offline Marketing:
· Plan and execute offline campaigns.
· Manage print advertising, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
· Track offline marketing ROI and integrate findings into future campaigns.
General Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to align marketing goals.
· Report on campaign effectiveness and present insights to senior management.
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing roles.
· Proficient in marketing tools
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Creative thinking and attention to detail.
