About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, build brand presence, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google ads, and other online platforms.
Manage offline marketing activities such as events, promotions, exhibitions, and partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
Oversee content creation for social media, website, brochures, and advertising materials.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance; prepare monthly reports with insights and improvements.
Manage and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors.
Develop and manage marketing budgets.
Support and guide the sales team with marketing tools, leads, and promotional materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
Online sales platforms, marketplaces, and performance marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Durable industry (optional).
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to think innovatively and generate new marketing ideas.
Salary Range: ₹3.40 LPA to ₹5.40 LPA
