We are looking for a Digital marketing Trainer to join our team to take Digital Marketing Classes. The responsibility includes training of digital marketing with ai, SEO, SEM, SMM, Google ads, Meta Campaigns and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Teaching Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver Training – Create and conduct engaging lessons on SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and AI-powered tools.

• Curriculum Development – Update syllabus regularly to align with industry trends and certifications.

• Hands-on Training – Provide practical assignments, case studies, and live project exposure.

• Student Guidance – Mentor learners with career advice, portfolio building, and certification preparation.

Performance & Evaluation

• Assessments – Conduct tests, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student performance.

• Feedback – Offer constructive feedback to help learners improve.

• Progress Tracking – Maintain student progress reports and suggest personalized learning paths.

  Industry & Skill Development

  • Stay Updated – Keep track of new tools, algorithms, and trends in digital marketing.

  • Certifications Support – Guide students for Google, HubSpot, Meta, and LinkedIn certifications.

  • Real-World Exposure – Share case studies, campaign strategies, and industry best practices.

    Institutional/Organizational Roles

  • Collaboration – Coordinate with management for scheduling, batch planning, and promotional activities.

  • Workshops & Seminars – Conduct guest lectures, webinars, or bootcamps.

  • Content Creation – Develop learning materials, guides, and video tutorials.

  • Placement Support – Assist students with resume building, mock interviews, and job connections.
