• Audience targeting, budget planning & lead conversion

📈 Lead Generation

• Drive high-quality leads for real estate & renovation services

• Use performance marketing strategies to reduce cost-per-lead

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor daily/weekly ad performance

• Create simple reports (reach, clicks, CPL, conversions)

• Suggest creative changes based on results

🧩 Collaboration

• Work closely with the founder to plan weekly campaigns

• Align content ideas & goals with ad strategy

✅ Requirements:

• Must know Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

• Should understand real estate audience & ad funnels

• Basic skills in reporting (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Strong communication and a result-oriented mindset

• Own smartphone + stable internet (Laptop preferred)

• Freshers with skills are welcome
