Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting).

• Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

• Create, manage, and analyze content marketing campaigns (blogs, social media, email).

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and engagement.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) for campaign performance tracking and optimization.

• Manage company’s social media presence and increase online community engagement.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Proven work experience (2–4 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website content management.

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: D-66, Second Floor, Sector 2 Noida 201301. Near Metro Station 16.
Salary: 14,000 to 20,000 + Incentive.
