Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview :

YoForex is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – PPC & Organic Marketing with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in digital marketing.

The primary focus of this role will be PPC and paid advertising campaigns, with additional responsibility for supporting and managing organic marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, performance-driven, and have hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaign optimization, keyword research, SEO, and organic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities (PPC & Paid Marketing) — Primary Focus :

• Create, launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns.

• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.

• Develop effective campaign structures, ad groups, targeting, and bidding strategies.

• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.

• Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.

• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, keywords, audiences, and landing pages.

• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of campaign spend.

• Prepare regular PPC performance reports and identify areas for improvement.

• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance using analytics and tracking tools.
  

Organic Digital Marketing — Secondary Focus :

• Support SEO and organic digital marketing activities.

• Conduct basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.

• Perform keyword research for organic campaigns.

• Assist with content optimization for search engines.

• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and other SEO metrics.

• Assist in improving website visibility and organic search performance.

• Support content and social media marketing activities when required.

• Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
  

Requirements :

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / PPC / Performance Marketing.

• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Good understanding of PPC campaign structures, bidding, targeting, keywords, and optimization.

• Knowledge of PPC metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and organic digital marketing.

Education :
