We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive who understands how to engage audiences, build brand presence, and drive business results across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate must be passionate about digital marketing, have strong knowledge of content creation, be aware of ongoing trends/memes, and be skilled in video shooting & editing.
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop creative content ideas, captions, and campaigns for all social platforms.
Research and implement trending hashtags, keywords, and formats to boost reach.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to optimize engagement.
Posting & Management
Plan and schedule posts consistently across platforms.
Manage WhatsApp Business broadcasts, catalogs, and updates.
Ensure brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetics are maintained.
Trend Awareness
Monitor viral trends, memes, and challenges; adapt them creatively to the brand.
Collaborate with the design/marketing team to create relevant and engaging campaigns.
Video & Visual Content
Handle basic video shooting and photography for products, events, and showrooms.
Edit videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) using editing tools/software.
Add captions, effects, and engaging transitions that match platform best practices.
Analytics & Growth
Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions).
Suggest strategies to improve follower growth and lead generation.
Monitor competitors’ activities and industry benchmarks.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
Knowledge of hashtags, keywords, and algorithms.
Awareness of trending memes, viral formats, and content culture.
Proficiency in video shooting and editing software (e.g., CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop).
Creative storytelling ability with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a similar social media/digital marketing role.
Portfolio of past social media campaigns or video content (preferred).
