Cherry Crumble is a fast-growing kids fashion brand known for quality, comfort, and playful designs. We are expanding into international markets and are looking for a high-energy, creative candidate to lead our Meta Ads and Social Media growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Primary Role)

• Manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns with focus on ROI and performance marketing.

• Analyse ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, Cost per Purchase, etc.) to Optimise campaigns.

• Create new audience strategies for domestic + international markets.

• Improve ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel performance.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth pixel tracking, catalog updates, and event tracking.

Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule content for Instagram & Facebook.

• Work with the design team to create high-quality, brand-aligned creatives.

• Maintain a fun, engaging, kid-friendly brand voice.

• Spot trends and push fresh, creative ideas to boost reach and engagement.

Website & Shopify Understanding

• Understand and analyse our Shopify website and product funnels.

• Suggest improvements for conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

• Ensure catalog syncing, product tagging, pixel events, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Meta Ads with proven ROI-driven performance.

• Strong understanding of ad metrics and dashboards.

• Basic working knowledge of Shopify.

• Creative mindset with fresh ideas for global audiences.

• High energy, proactive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work from GK-II, M Block office.
