Job Summary:
Webroute Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendly experiences. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom WordPress websites based on client requirements
Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs
Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites
Maintain and update existing WordPress sites, including troubleshooting issues
Optimize website performance, speed, and security
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other team members
Integrate third-party APIs and tools when required
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
Manage website hosting environments and perform backups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role
Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, theme development, and plugin customization
Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
Understanding of SEO best practices
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently
Basic knowledge of web hosting and domain management
