Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies
Manage SEO, PPC (Google & Meta Ads), social media, and content marketing
Plan and optimize lead generation and performance campaigns
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers
Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure timely delivery
Train team members on best practices and tools
Performance & Reporting
Track campaign performance using analytics tools
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Optimize campaigns based on data and insights
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with sales, design, and content teams
Present campaign strategies and results to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Analytics
Experience in team handling and project management
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads
Strong communication and leadership skills
