WebMartIndia is looking for a 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 with hands-on experience in 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 and 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘀 to manage paid campaigns focused on 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

### 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Plan, execute & manage 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

• Manage 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘀, especially Search & lead-generation campaigns

• Handle 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

• Monitor budgets, campaign performance & conversions

• Track 𝗖𝗣𝗟, 𝗖𝗣𝗖, 𝗖𝗧𝗥, 𝗖𝗣𝗔, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗦

• Conduct 𝗔/𝗕 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 of creatives, ad copies & audiences

• Coordinate with the creative team for 𝗥𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀 & 𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

• Monitor 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and optimize campaigns

• Assist with 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗹, 𝗚𝗔𝟰 & 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 tracking

• Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports

Experience in 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗜𝗧 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗕𝟮𝗕 or 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 will be an advantage.
