Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning:
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies to grow patient enquiries and clinic awareness.
- Plan monthly campaigns tied to key services like hearing tests, hearing aids, speech therapy, cochlear implants, and special sales/promotions.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage clinic social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Business).
- Create engaging, informative content related to hearing health and clinic services.
- Respond to comments, messages, and patient reviews.
3. Paid Campaigns:
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and (optional) YouTube.
- Track ad performance (CPL, CTR, conversions) and adjust budgets for optimal ROI.
4. Website & SEO:
- Monitor Softone’s website performance & SEO health (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Create SEO-friendly content around target keywords (e.g., hearing tests, digital hearing aids, speech therapy).
- Improve local SEO for clinic location pages.
5. Content & Email Marketing:
- Draft newsletters, blogs, and patient success stories.
- Collaborate with clinical experts to create educational content about hearing health, tests, and product features.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations for improvement to the management team.
