Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Sector 63, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid platforms.

• Manage SEO (On-page & Off-page) to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

• Handle social media pages – create, schedule, and manage engaging posts.

• Run email marketing campaigns and track performance.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.

• Research market trends, competitors, and target audience behavior for campaign strategies.

• Coordinate with the design team to create ad creatives, reels, and promotional content.

• Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign ROI and performance metrics.

• Support lead generation activities and ensure conversion-focused campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

• Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an added advantage.
