Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails from clients and students.

• Resolve all client and student queries related to services, courses, or campaigns promptly and professionally.

• Monitor and manage ad accounts — coordinate with the digital team for optimization and report any issues.

• Manage social media platforms – post content as per schedule, reply to comments and DMs, and escalate concerns when needed.

• Maintain proper communication records (calls, chats, and follow-ups) in CRM or relevant tracking sheets.

• Provide technical assistance for issues related to login, payment, course access, or digital tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Strategy) to ensure smooth client support and task completion.

• Ensure all client and student messages are checked and responded to on the same day.

• Support the team with daily operational and technical activities.

• Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone across all channels.

• Give access of canva and courses to he students.
